Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive market visits: Gain firsthand knowledge of industry dynamics by actively engaging with key players such as customers, competitors, and potential partners.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities: Continuously assess your competitors' pricing strategies, new product launches, marketing campaigns, and overall market presence.
  • Uncover and evaluate potential suppliers: Deeply explore the supplier landscape to identify and assess capabilities, pricing, and reliability of new and existing partners.
  • Proactively identify potential customers: Leverage your research skills to discover uncharted territories and uncover promising leads, driving expansion into new markets and segments.
  • Design and execute research projects: Employ a balanced approach of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to gather valuable insights from diverse sources.
  • Transform data into actionable insights: Analyze complex data, identify key trends, and translate them into compelling narratives that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Craft insightful reports and presentations: Effectively communicate your findings to diverse stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clear and concise understanding.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously monitor emerging markets, competitor activities, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and foster innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Foster strong relationships and actively collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, and other departments to translate research findings into tangible results.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in market research, ideally within the [Industry] industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, Excel, or similar software.
  • Mastery of qualitative research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and impactful insights for diverse audiences.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration: Thrives in a collaborative environment and fosters positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
