Job Description
- Review all designs submitted by consultants
- Ensure that designs match each other, Coordination with consultants to reach designs with integrated details Preparing simple typical details
- Archive design project documents
- List the different business items Contributing to the preparation of business estimations Periodic on-site inspection of the executed works and
- solving engineering problems on the site Refer to the operational drawings
- Review the requirements for consultants
- Preparing follow-up reports, completion rates, and evaluating the advisory services provided
- Do what is assigned to the line manager
Job Requirements
- Architecture engineering B. Sc. degree from reputable discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical office and site coordination for civil works projects (Industrial/ commercial).
- Experience with Main contractors or Developers .
