Head of Engineering Department

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the engineering teams as well as the management and execution of site development projects against delivery commitments and project plans.
• leading with understanding of new and relevant technologies for the purpose of realizing efficiency
• Prepare and manage the engineering department’s budget
• Design strategies for future development projects based on the company’s overall objectives and resources
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
• Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
• Preparing timelines schedules for the projects
• Preparing reports for monitoring department’s performance
• providing technical guidance and direction, as well as hands-on resource and project management
