- Responsibilities:

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Drupal development, including custom module and theme creation.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex Drupal projects from inception to delivery.
- Expertise in Drupal 8/9/10, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Drupal APIs, configuration management, and site-building techniques.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and secure Drupal applications in a production environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill junior developers.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
