Job Purpose/Mandate/Summary
- Target is to deal with hotels/suppliers and ensure the number of bookings, follow up in pending cases to achieve the targets and maintain the client's satisfaction.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily communicate with hotels and providers.
- Responsible to ensure that the number of bookings assigned in the list are all done.
- Responsible for handover the pending to follow-up to maintain a high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing his skills and potential to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set by the organization.
Job Requirements
Knowledge And Skills
1. List typical education and experience
- High school graduate /a bachelor’s degree.
- 0-1 year of experience in Call Center or the Tourism Industry.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent in the English language.
