Job Description

Our client is a Egyptian company representing the European & International brands for mechanical equipment's .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building network of contacts to help collecting market info
  • Setting individual sales targets (with the sales team – when available).
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team – when available.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Following the sales process starting from being an opportunity till receiving the payments from the client.
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Registering our agencies at the main clients in the shortest possible time.
  • Use the contacts network to follow the plan of main clients for renewing/revamping/new installation to be ready to participate on those activities
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
  • Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
  • Prepare reporting as needed
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Job Requirements

  • Mechanical engineer
  • 38 years old as max-age
  • Technical know-how in Water, Waste Water / Oil & Gas industries.
  • 3-7 years experience in the Water, Waste Water / Oil & Gas industries fields.
  • Owned a car with a valid driving license
  • Ability to travel inside & outside the country.
  • Excellent English language.
