Job Description

  • Source potential candidates on all hiring channels
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen Tech and Product resumes and candidates
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with Tech and Product professionals
  • Coordinate with Tech and Product hiring managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized hiring emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Conduct inital phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in HR or related field 
  • Previous work experience in a tech, product, SaaS or software house company is a must
  • Technical Background is required
  • Experience 3 - 5 Years
  • Very Good in English.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.  
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Project Management tools
