Key Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions while maximizing ROI.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement advanced tracking techniques to monitor and refine campaigns effectively.
- Plan and execute engaging Email Marketing campaigns tailored to different audience segments to drive leads and customer retention.
- Create and optimize Marketing Automation workflows to nurture leads, improve customer engagement, and increase sales conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor key KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI) and provide regular performance reports with strategies for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing ads.
- Expertise in Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and Marketing Automation tools.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
- Ability to craft high-quality, engaging email content and understand email segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns.
