Job Description
- Partner with our SAP BASIS team to ensure that our environments are maintained and our systems are patched regularly
- Prepare comprehensive technical program documentations.
- Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
- SAP HCM/4HANA experience is highly desired.
