Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing, sourcing, and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide effective hiring solutions.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
- Support OD initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and competency frameworks.
- Assist in implementing learning and development programs aligned with business needs.
- Participate in organizational structure reviews, job evaluation, and role design.
- Support HR projects related to culture, retention, and workforce planning.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to OD activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of HR best practices and organizational development concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
