Job Description
- Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles.
- Respond to inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, phone calls.
- Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms.
- Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date.
- Regularly reports for insights gained from community and customer requests.
- Weekly reports for complaints/requests.
