Job Description

  • Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles.
  • Respond to inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, phone calls.
  • Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms.
  • Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date.
  • Regularly reports for insights gained from community and customer requests.
  • Weekly reports for complaints/requests.
