Job Description
- Managing existing clients.
- Up selling offerings to existing clients.
- Assist team in managing daily operations.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for client.
- Training and supporting the client and be willing to do all that is necessary to ensure the client satisfaction in regard to our product and client service.
- Daily client interaction via telephone, emails, occasional face to face with clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- From 1 to 3 years experience as a Sales.
- Good to very good English speaking and writing
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Excellent Communications skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
- Flexibility to move out of office
