Job Description
- Responsible for the design, creation, configuration and delivery of cloud infrastructure environments using automation best practices and a proactive strategy.
- Responsible for developing and driving improvements, maintaining/monitoring production and non-production systems, ensuring platforms perform at maximum efficiency and security.
- Implement automation to help deploy our services and maintain their operational health
- Ensure systems and people are adhering to process and identify where this is not happening
- Develop and maintain solutions for highly resilient services and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot/resolve SSL, firewall and other network issues when needed
- Documenting and updating processes and procedures for ongoing infrastructure improvements
- Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve system, application and customer issues.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on 4+ years of recent technical experience in Professional Services/Enterprise DevOps role.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in multiple functional areas are required; such as infrastructure configuration management, Excellent Programming Skills in at least one modern high-level programming language like Python, Ruby, JavaScript, Node.JS, or others , logging system and network protocols and standards.
- The ability to spend substantial time interfacing with the offshore teams on a daily basis.
- Expertise in DevOps tools Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other IT-related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, critical thinking, and ability to drive DevOps mindset initiatives across teams for agile release.
