Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (local & international).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, media) to develop compelling proposals and integrated solutions.
  • Lead pitches, negotiate contracts, and close deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Track market trends, analyze competitors, and contribute to strategic growth planning.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff of clients to account and project teams.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably within a marketing, creative, or media agency.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing strategic deals.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and digital services (campaigns, branding, digital strategy, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in CRM or pipeline tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Self-driven, persuasive, and skilled in time management.
  • Must reside in (or be open to relocating to) 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed.
