Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Design, simulate, and optimize electronic circuits and PCBs for BLDC motor
control (including gate drivers, power stages, and feedback systems).
•Develop schematic capture, PCB layout (high-current/power electronics
experience preferred).
•Perform circuit simulation (e.g., SPICE, LTspice, PSIM) and thermal/EMI analysis.
•Prototype, assemble, and test PCBAs (hands-on soldering, debugging, and
validation).
•Collaborate with firmware engineers for sensor integration (Hall/encoder) and
closed-loop control.
•Ensure compliance with safety, EMC, and industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL).
Job Requirements
•Proven experience in BLDC motor driver design (or similar power electronics).
•Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, or Eagle).
•Strong knowledge of MOSFETs, motor control ICs, current sensing, and
protection circuits.
•Hands-on lab skills (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, soldering).
•Familiarity with PWM techniques (preferred).
Prefer Having:
•Experience with embedded C for motor control (STM32, TI C2000).
•Knowledge of thermal management and high-voltage design.
