Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Global Services Commercial Regional Marketing is looking for an Expert Customer Marketing Director to join the team. This role will work as part of the selling team to access customer needs and demonstrate the fit and value of product and services to the airline operation. The teams are organized by region. A qualified candidate in this role will be able to identify and effectively present Boeing Global Commercial Services solutions that best fit the customer needs and associated value analysis.
Position Responsibilities:
Directs the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for airline customers.
Identifies short and long term sales opportunities for Boeing Global Services offerings.
Anticipates customer requirements and manages customer expectations.
Builds and maintains relationships with airline executives, government officials, aviation constituents and Boeing Program leaders and executives.
Acts as the primary interface for all BGS marketing activities in support of a campaign.
Leads and oversees cross-functional technical and marketing teams to develop and present customer solutions.
Consults with key decision makers and influencers to determine customer needs and for long-term interaction on Boeing offers and proposals.
Drives new business and growth opportunities.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Dubai. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ experience working in a sales and marketing environment
5+ years’ experience collaborating with senior and executive leadership
5+ years' experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Experience giving presentations
Ability to travel internationally up to 25% or more of work time
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge of the Boeing Global Services (BGS) portfolio
Knowledge of an airlines operations
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).
