Job Description

  • Prospect for potential new businesses, products and turn this into increased business.
  • Continuous search for new business opportunities to add to the toll opportunities of the organization.
  • Following the entire cycle of realizing a new product for the Toll manufacturing, starting from receiving the full product file from the customer until manufacturing and deliver of the finished product to the customer. 
  • In-depth understanding of commercialization process with hand on knowledge on products development and regulatory aspects of the market.  
  • Identify potential companies, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Market research skills to conduct extensive market vigilance to monitor market dynamics.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service/ products.
  • Work closely with marketing & regulatory team for the best profitable businesses to the organization.
  • Clear understanding of the different pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical and Vitamins market. 
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company’s performance.

Job Requirements

  • Business development management positions require a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or medical sciences
  • 5-8 years of sales or marketing and business development experience in the pharmaceuticals market.
  • At least 2-3 year experience in business development function.
  • Proved successful track record in the area of business development.
