Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our head office in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless office environment by overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing resources, and serving as the main point of contact for visitors and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall administrative functions of the office.
- Supervise office operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to maintain office supplies and facilities.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
- Schedule and oversee meetings, events, and appointments for management.
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as an office manager or a receptionist.
- Education: Bachelor degree in any discipline, a background in hospitality or reception is preferred.
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Hands on experience with office machines.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
