Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for different departments
- Coordinate training programs based on business needs.
- Contribute to OD Activities including updating job Description , handling performance management System and preparing Organization Charts .
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in HR with solid exposure to Recruitment.
- Preferable Pharmaceutical industry.
