Job Description
- Warehouse Operator is responsible for internal operations
- Monitor and maintain the inventory levels, processes the purchasing orders as required, track orders, and investigate problems
- Responsible for the fulfillment cycle and returns
- Records purchased and sold stock (in-and-out)
- Maintains Inventory database
- Performs a monthly physical count of inventory
- Reconciles actual stock to reports
- Ensures product and inventory is stacked into designated areas
- Coding and labeling stock items
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discard (NPIs)
- Share inventory records with management and other stakeholders
- Deals with Shipping companies and operate deliveries
- Create and own the return process
Job Requirements
- Experienced warehouse agent for +2 years
- Aware of the full Inventory cycle
- Labeling and coding products
- Stocking and stacking experience
- An experience with deliveries and shipping companies
- A hand-on experience on an ERP system
