Job Description

  • Handle all incoming/outgoing calls of the call center.
  • Provide follow up, occasional campaigns and call backs blended with normal inbound calls.
  • Provide best possible service to both external and internal customers to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using our services
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information . 

Job Requirements

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must have experience at least 1 year in telecommunication company as a customer care or call center international calls .
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, google sheets, emailing.
  • Excellent in both English and Arabic.
  • High organization and planning skills.
  • Communication skills/Leadership – the ability to listen to and speak with clients, operation members.
