Job Description
- Handle all incoming/outgoing calls of the call center.
- Provide follow up, occasional campaigns and call backs blended with normal inbound calls.
- Provide best possible service to both external and internal customers to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using our services
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information .
Job Requirements
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have experience at least 1 year in telecommunication company as a customer care or call center international calls .
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, google sheets, emailing.
- Excellent in both English and Arabic.
- High organization and planning skills.
- Communication skills/Leadership – the ability to listen to and speak with clients, operation members.
