Job Description: HR Generalist


 

Position Overview:

  • The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. 
  • This includes handling recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role requires an experienced professional with strong communication and organizational skills to support the growth and efficiency of the company.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee attendance, payroll processing, and HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance, feedback, and appraisals.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional manner.


 

 


 

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Human Resources.

Education:

  • A relevant higher education degree (preferably in Business Administration, or a related field).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems is an advantage.

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
  • Expertise in HR practices, including recruitment, payroll, training, and employee relations.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
