Job Description
- Receiving the vehicle from the customer, discussing all concerns
and writing the repair order as per the brand standards. - Following up with customers for any additional repairs and getting
additional approval. - Advising customers concerning vehicle periodic maintenance,
accessories and all related service sales products. - Ensuring that daily, monthly and yearly targets are met.
- Ensuring that all qualitative and quantitative KPI's are met.
Job Requirements
- Education: Mechanical Engineering.
- Decision Making & Analytical Thinking.
- Customer Handling Skills.
- Good Communication skills
- Experience: +4 years.
