Job Description
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
- Servicing the needs of existing customers Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for my area
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some top customers
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Conduct a daily morning meeting to follow up team productivity, distribution and sales coverage.
- Follow up on company innovations (New trade programs, new launches, POS Materials, activities, etc...)
- Preparation the administrative structure of sector.
- Achieve the priorities of the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree: High Education
- Experience Background: FMCG
- Years of Experience: 10-15 years
- Computer Skills: Good in MS Office
- Language Proficiency: Good in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
- Have a car is a must.
