Job Description
- Monitor and modify E-commerce platform content in terms of product descriptions, image, prices, communication messages
- Ensure operational excellence through close collaboration with the Supply Chain and category management team to maintain stock status, plan for peak periods, improve/eliminate out of stock and offer relevant range
- Monitor overall customer shopping experience and suggest new features to be added to facilitate shopping experience
- Provide periodic reports and analysis on key metrics such as sales, order number, traffic, abandoned carts, products sell-through, and promotion performance
- Develop and execute strategies to bring in new customers and grow existing customers orders to meet overall company strategic goals
- Monitor E-commerce performance in terms of functionality and user friendliness in coordination with developers; using application ratings, reviews and customer surveys
- Develop the Media Marketing campaigns, Google Ads (Search – GDN – YouTube – App), Email Marketing, Keyword Research, and Paid Social Media.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, IT and Operations) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and manage SEO-related assets, tools/platforms including Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner.
- Optimize web pages on both mobile and desktop website versions using on-page and off page activities such as keyword plans, page hierarchy, link building, etc
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business (preferably Retail).
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Strong proven experience with SEO techniques (on page- off page).
- Strong knowledge of Media buying platforms .
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
