Job Description

  1. Full knowledge of banking and commercial exchange policies, procedures and regulations related to shipping and contracts in the current and target countries for export operations.
  2. Manage all commodity export operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and procedures, monitor all financial operations and transactions and manage all communications with export authorities of all required countries.
  3. Design and implement all export strategies and activities, ensure compliance with all project requirements, prepare all export documents within the required time frame, schedule effective shipping activities, and determine the appropriate mode of transportation to assist customers.
  4. Manage all banking logistics for export activities, prepare required documents, prepare private labels for brands and ensure adherence to all shipping schedules.
  5. Manage sales shipments for all export products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth performance of operations and forecast all requirements.
  6. Evaluate all reports submitted by export sales personnel and recommend appropriate changes if necessary and maintain all operational records.
  7. Monitoring all current and potential markets, and evaluating the marketing opportunities and potential for new and existing sales, with the ability to develop the marketing plan by creating new opportunities in a clear and analytical manner for senior managers within the organization.
  8. Provide training to all export team, conduct assessment of all business, assist in achieving all export objectives, develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients, and maintain regular contact with all employees and clients.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  2. Minimum 5 years of Experience.
  3. English Language Fluency.
  4. Excellent Using Microsoft is Must.
  5. Organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
  6. Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, business. development and working with ERP systems.
  7. Information gathering and information monitoring skills.
  8. Problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.
  9. Professionalism and confidentiality.
  10. Attention to detail and accuracy.
