Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and formulate the objectives required to control the performance of the Office of the Director General.
  • Participate in the formulation of the management procedures of the Office of the Director General and all that follows.
  • Reception of visitors to the Director General.
  • Supervising the presentation of the Office of the Director General with a decent appearance in terms of cleanliness and order.
  • To review and approve the coordination of the schedule and interviews of the Director General, and to indicate what has been postponed with the reasons for postponement.
  • Prepare a weekly plan that includes the agenda of the Director General.
  • Review the letters and correspondence of the Director General before presenting them or directing them to others.
  • Ensure that all files of the Office of the Director General are kept in a safe and accessible manner when needed.
  • Review the receipt of incoming mail and fax and catalog these documents before presenting them to the Director General.
  • Review the work of receiving and sending emails of the Director General and indexing these messages.
  • Review the work of registering incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Attend all meetings and meetings to which the Director General is a party.
  • Review the preparation of the meetings of the Director General and coordinate and process all documents and documents related to the subject of the meeting.
  • Review the organization and cataloging internal reports received from other departments and departments and submit them to the Director General and follow up the Director General's decision thereon and record them in their own records.
  • Ensure that all office and electrical appliances are in continuous working condition and request maintenance personnel from inside and outside the company and follow-up maintenance work for all office equipment in the office of the Director General.
  • Ensure that all stationery and stationery are available in the Office of the Director General.
  • Invitations to participants in meetings invited by the Director General.
  • Reviewing the booking of travel tickets, hotels and entrance tickets for exhibitions of the Director General and organization of business trips.
  • Educate and guide secretaries and improve their level of career, and submit their performance appraisal reports.

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a suitable major.
  • Experience from 3-5 years
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Excellent knowledge in using computer.
