Their duties include implementing administrative systems, improving the overall performance of the clinic, and coordinating with various departments to streamline operations and guarantee occupational safety and health within the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing administrative systems to manage clinic operations.
- Manage clinic resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients.
- Ensure that patients receive timely and compassionate care.
- Identifying the necessary training for clinic staff to enhance their efficiency.
Job Requirements
- BSc. of Oral Dental Medicine.
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Leadership skills.
