Senior Export and Logistics Specialist

• Receives the export orders and contracts concluded and works to implement the conditions mentioned therein and agreed upon between the company and the importing authorities.
• Handle all requests and contracts concluded, the items contained therein, the methods and periods of supply, prices, payment dates, method, and all other contracting conditions
• She/He shall be responsible for writting permission for the items to be disbursed from warehouses according to the signed requests and contracts, and clearly defines the method of packing and packaging according to the terms of supply and shipping conditions
• She/He is responsible for contactting the shipping companies to complete the shipment of exported letters on time and raises the offers of shipping companies for approval
• Follows up on shipping operations and established export procedures and asks that necessary measures be taken to implement insurance conditions in the event of damages resulting from transport and shipping works
• Follow up on all related payments, payment processes to ensure that the importer fulfills his obligations
