Job Description

Mission & Summary:
Execute and lead a culture of service excellence at KAIZEN statements, receipts, etc. are completed on time.

Responsibilities:
Figuring out the cause of the problem and the solution for it
Providing accurate information using the right tools
Manage Customers’ inquiries
Project Collections
Occupants Relationship & Satisfaction
Service Promotion and Sales
Perform all day-to-day operations through KAIZEN platforms
Procurement
Budget & Invoicing


 

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 2 years of experience in the accounting 
Financial Acumen
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Customer Service Oriented
