Job Description
- Study all project documentation (design and shop drawings, BOQ and specifications)
- To carry out technical supervision of ongoing project & Finishing work at all stages.
- coordinate site activities with all parties MEP, finishing work and FF&E.
- Follow up all project stakeholder and site work to insure project goals are met (time,budget & quality )
- Prepare project time schedule and budget.
- Prepare all project progress reports.
- Manage progress invoices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in Architecture Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finishing Works & Construction
- Strong user of AutoCAD
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solver
- Strong Finishing background with eye to detail
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Hands on experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over of works.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Both Arabic & English.
- Mastering different drawing tools.
- Capable of reading drawings and schematics.
