Job Description
We are looking for Live transfer agents to join our team
- You will be calling leads “AutoDialer” to ask them a couple of questions to qualify them for the service.
- If they are qualified you will transfer the call to the sales agent.
- This is an American Account, and it is back to back call on an Autodialer.
- There will be daily KPIs, 5 Transfers per day.
- Working hours from 5 pm till 02 am, or from 06 pm till 03 am, Monday till Friday.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Previous Experience in telesales is a plus
- Must have your own laptop 8GB Ram and internet speed 10 MB download and 5 MB upload
- Must have your own headset
- Salary is 4000 EGP net basic salary plus 1500 up to 2000 for KPIs only eligible after achieving the KPIs, plus Monthly incentives.
- Must be able to start Immediately
