Job Description
- Develop a monthly plan for the sessions according to the psychosocial needs of each group, and in coordination with …… (please, let’s add who the facilitator is working with and with whom he/she works;
- Determining the tools and materials required to implement the activities during the month at the beginning of each month, in coordination with t psychologist as his/her Line manager, and guidance and technical support from MHPSS Advisor A summary of what happened in each session, and recording the feedback of each child who participated in the session in their case management file;
- Submit a monthly report on the project’s monthly report form, attached to a time sheet with the number of working hours,
- Ensure a coordinated and collaborative approach among project partners at field-level.
- Under the direct management of line manager, the facilitator is responsible for implementing training sessions and PSS activities with children, parents, and caregivers. S/he is responsible for conducting activities in line with key child protection principles including Standard Operating procedures, and Child Protection Minimum Standards.
- Conduct psychosocial activities for children and parents.
- Develop activities plans and determine the PSS tools required as per the annual work plan and budget.
- Use the monitoring and evaluation tools to assess the activities conducted.
- Commitment to the implementation of the plan and compliance with the dates and rules of the set by the team.
- Observe the behavior of children and try to develop activities that help in promoting the psycho-social wellbeing of the children.
- Coordinate with the psychologist in addressing the behavioral challenges of the children on a regular basis.
- Raising awareness and promoting the concept of child protection.
- Support the children to develop community initiatives and help them in its implementation.
- Facilitate the project learning events
- Update the database and participate in the monthly report and discuss with the line manager on a regular basis the progress, constraints and proposed solutions.
- Assist project team members in implementing project activities if needed.

1.Technical and Financial Proposal:

The financial proposal shall specify an inclusive fee for facilitating PSS sessions.
