Job Description
- Dissemination of targeted funding opportunities
- Keeping updated records and databases of research publications.
- Maintain advanced knowledge and understanding of research funding agency programs, policies, and submissions process.
- Advice on, and assist with, the development and submission of research grants applications.
- Manage and assist in the preparation of institutional grant applications and reporting.
- Assist in editing proposals with call-specific requirements before submission to external funding agencies.
- Locate and disseminate relevant research funding opportunities to Zewail City researchers.
- Ensure that research applications comply with internal regulations as well as those of the funding agency, and liaise with the Finance department to confirm that financial requirements are met.
- Prepare annual reports on research and funding progress for various internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit updated research news and highlights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement.
- Higher qualifications, especially with research experience or relevant previous work experience is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of Granting Organizations
- Experience writing research news and highlights
- Experienced in administration tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
