Job Description
The Student Affairs Officer is a crucial role with a range of internal and external customers to deal with. Fine attention to detail and excellent administration skills are a must in order to support the admissions team and student affairs office.
DUTIES:
- Communicate directly and effectively with students on the front desk and log all enquires
- Provide correct information to any student’s enquiries in a professional manner.
- Follow-up all student enquiries in a timely manner
- Update any information on the University data base (Power Campus).
- Provide assistance to the students when completing their registration forms
- Communicate with students regarding any announcements made by the academic staff
- Follow up with students for late payment of fees
- Follow up with students with poor attendance and inform their parents
- Assist with the enrollment team and registration office during peak periods
- Perform a range of additional duties as and when required
