Job Description
For a multinational company located in Borg Elarab “Admin Officer” is urgently needed:
- Follow up governmental services (Gas, Water, Wastewater, Telephones, Alex for Petroleum, etc.) and dealing directly with government departments (BAA, IDA, GAFI) to ensure smooth flow of services.
- Building direct and strong relationships with the governmental departments.
- Manage all Admin and plant documentation -licenses, permits, approvals, etc.
- Manage and handle all contracts related to the third-party contractors or government.
- Employee’s transportation: Manage, supervise and control provider, monitoring their performance & GPS, sending monthly logs and auditing regular maintenance schedule and safety requirements for all the buses.
- Maintain a proper record for all contractors and their companies with reviewing all the required documents for them and update any if needed.
- Control facilities buildings and offices keys and ensure following its procedure.
- Support the Admin Manager in security related matters.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or Law.
- Up to 5 years of experience dealing with governmental authorities, and third-party contractors.
- Good Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Good command of English.
- Good organization, Time management.
- Good knowledge with Microsoft office applications.
