Job Description
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Create and update expense reports
- Reconcile accounts in timely manner
- Process payment request forms
- Submit tax forms
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Provide support in filling data
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting 1-2 years of experience.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases ,expert user of spreadsheets.
- Capability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Familiar with Income statements - budgets - financial audits.
- Previous experience Chartered accountant office is preferable.
- The job holder should have good communication, leadership skills, Detail-oriented time management skills
- Proficiency in English is a must
