Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary

Works closely with Application Development Manager to perform a wide range of Applications’ standards and Web Programming analysis, design, development and testing tasks as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures through his/her actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center.
• Responsible for programming/coding, testing, correcting, enhancing and documenting complex program modules from module specifications and in accordance to required methods and standards.
• Responsible for programming/coding, testing, correcting, enhancing and documenting Web-based applications in accordance with ICT department and international recognized web-development standards.
• Responsible for complicated module specifications, using simple functional specifications recommended by relevant methods and applied standards applied (Internet Technology).
• Responsible for using all relevant analysis, design, test and software techniques and tools commonly applied in the development of Web applications.
• Express technical matters adequately both orally and in writing, and procure all stages of application/program documentation.
• Apply Information Security countermeasures in addition to applicable programming security standards and techniques throughout all development stages.
• Manage and administer PSCC Websites (Intranet and Internet).
• Performs manual/electronic search-engines registration and submission of PSCC Intra and Internet Portals.
• Performs e-marketing studies and promote PSCC Portals using the latest applied on-line marketing techniques.
• Performs other applicable tasks and duties as required.

Education/Licensure

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Professional Experience

Essential: Five (5) years of programming experience, three (3) years of which using VB.Net (Visual Basic Net), C#, MVC, or Oracle Developer in a Client/Server Environment and Web Applications.

Essential: SharePoint Development and Management.

Essential: Databases management.
