Job Description
- Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash
management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various detailed
analysis reports. - Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries.
- Directs accountants in the preparation of the annual financial reports, journal entries, journal voucher
lists, comparative income statements and depreciation schedules. - Responsible for the management of fixed assets which included proper accounting, reconciliation,
tagging and physical verifications. - Performs the monthly, financial reconciliation for selected general ledger account, suppliers and inter-
Group. - Respond to accounting queries from internal staff and work closely with the Finance Manager on
projects as they arise. - Work with all departments to ensure timely billing and cash receipt processing.
- Align with External Auditors for semi-annual and annual audit and follow up respectively on annual
financial statements. - Conduct monthly audit and control on all compliance output.
- Maintaining payroll operations by generating monthly payroll and calculating employee income tax,
social security taxes, employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments. - Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and
reporting on this. - Calculating and reporting various tax declarations such as: VAT, Tax on Profit, Tax on Machines,
Alcohol, Chamber of Commerce, Company vehicles testimonies… - Performs other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education High school diploma/ bachelor’s degree in accounting,
- finance or a related discipline
- Related Work Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in applicable
- accounting/finance experience
- Language Skills Strong command of English – French - Arabic languages
