Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Fully manage our retail stores in Cairo, Gouna and North Coast
• Oversee the daily operations of the stores including customer service, merchandising, staffing, and inventory management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Ensure that all stores personnel are trained and knowledgeable in store policies, procedures and products
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
• Provide regular reports regarding store performance metrics, sales figures, and inventory management
Job Requirements
- Presentable.
- Capable of dealing Professionally with A+ clientele.
- Maximum age 35 years old.
- Good command of English and computer skills.
- Leadership, solution-oriented, and teamwork skills.
- Able to execute the company policies in-store & prepare daily reports to the administration.
- Good communication skills to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Shopify POS system is a plus.
