Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and promoting our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Web Design, etc.). You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and consultations with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) with accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, case studies, and proposals.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, LinkedIn outreach) to generate leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote agency services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve service offerings.
