Job Description

Job Main Purpose:

  • Marketing Generalist is responsible to manage all marketing activities and marketing channels. Working with all aspects of the marketing process, starting from initial planning till execution and evaluation, to reach target audiences through brand awareness and products & services promotions.

Duties & Tasks:

1- Strategic Marketing:

  • Working & communicating with the Heads consistently to design and develop new, strong, and effective marketing strategies to achieve the desired company goals and objectives.
  • Identifying and implementing new marketing channels to reach more customers and help our company’s growth.
  • Writing, editing marketing content in a creative way and developing key messages to help positioning & branding our products effectively to reach out the target audiences & segments.
  • Creating and executing the marketing campaigns.
  • Tracking, evaluating, and reporting to the Heads on the success of marketing campaigns & their ROI.
  • Preparing internal and external marketing presentation.
  • Preparing the marketing monthly reports and analyzing its content.
  • Keeping up to date with the newest marketing trends and best practice.
  • Collecting and analyzing information about our competitors’ offers, strategies & plans.
  • Collecting and analyzing the market to determine the customers’ needs and providing winning solutions strategies.
  • Developing together with the Heads “The Activity Calendar “and executing it according to the approved plan.
  • Responsible for all the PR actives as event planning and execution.
  • Responsible for customers outbound & inbound calls and emails to respond to their inquiries and give details about our services/packages.

2- Digital & Social Media Marketing:

  • Contacting third-party marketing agencies & other vendors to request and negotiate offers.
  • Monitoring and coordinating with third-party marketing experts to improve marketing results.
  • Managing, and updating the company's website and social media platforms as (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others).
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing channels.
  • Evaluating the design of all marketing prints (brochures, flyers, business cards and others).
  • Reporting important metrics that affect our website traffic and setting social media plan objectives and KPIs for our platforms and make sure of the KPI’s achievement.
  • Preparing the monthly social media analysis report for each of our social media platforms.
  • Creating creative growth strategies for the social media platforms through analytical research, benchmark determination and target audiences’ identification.
  • Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Work Environment:

  • Marketing Generalist has normal working hours at head office, that might require some outdoor activities as execution of campaigns and marketing events.

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the marketing field within all functions.
  • Preferably experience in the B2B marketing management.

Education, Certifications and Training:

  • BSc degree in Engineering is a must.
  • Marketing Diploma is a must.

Technical Competencies:

  • Experience with Digital Marketing & E-Marketing.
  • Strong Google Analytics & Search Engine Results (SEO).
  • Strong & Creative Editing and Writing skills.
  • Experience with Designs and Presentation Software.
  • Experience With Social Media Marketing Tools.

  • Preferably a resident of New Cairo, Nasr-City, Maadi or Heliopolis.
  • Preferably to own a car.
