Job Description
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers and Provide information to maximize sales volume.
- Generate new sales to meet sales targets.
Manage and interpret customer requirements and communicate it to the concerned departments. - Calculate and prepare client quotations
- Attend tenders and follow up in the technical and financial offers preparation and delivery.
- Study market segments and tackle potential opportunities.
- Offer technical support to clients even after setting deals.
- Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Make technical presentations to demonstrate how our products can fulfill customer needs.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Keep Customers’ contacts updated on the system.
- Present the company in our showrooms.
- Welcome the customers in a professional and attractive way.
- Describe and explain each and everything to the customers.
- Support the customer to choose a suitable product.
- Send the orders to the factory for production or the warehouse for delivery.
- Follow up with customer care to meet the delivery date, as per our service level agreement.
- Follow up with the customers to ensure the delivery and quality of the products, to ensure the customer satisfaction level.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Solid computer skills and Microsoft office is a must.
- Good English language.
- Cairo resident.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Soft skills and Sales courses are preferred.
- Able to work on shift bases.
