Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO on all matters related to MUN Inc.'s programs, products, and services. They are also responsible on maintaining robust and open communication between the varying stakeholders of MUN Inc.'s programs, and to effectively communicate the company's vision and goals to their team, to design high-quality programs that serve our clients.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train MUN Inc. Academic Associates, Program Facilitators, and Mentors;
- Support the aforementioned to maximise their performance;
- Design and oversee the execution of MUN Inc. programs;
- Design and monitor the Key Performance Indicators of all Programs Department members;
- Coordinate program implementation with partner schools and partner organisations;
- Stay up to date on different education methodologies, and teaching techniques, especially gamified learning.
Job Requirements
- Has 0-2 years of work experience;
- Has experience in leading and working within teams of various sizes;
- Has experience in working with high school students;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Passionate about education, and the sustainable development goals;
- Participated in various educational school activities, specifically Model UN and Model Arab League, preferably at least 3 times. International experience is preferred but not a must.
