Job Description
- Prepare and review daily Accounting records and Journal entries transactions.
- Record bank transactions and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
- Prepare/register all the accounting documents/reports and ensure their accuracy.
- Recording, filing all payables, and Recording, filing, follow up on all receivables.
- Posting transactions among all different books and records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Having the needed skills for preparing and reviewing accounting reports.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Accounting departments in Schools is a plus
- Detail-oriented.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- BSc Degree in accounting or finance Or masters
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent in the use of Excel
