Job Description
- Receiving hiring requests (Blue Collars) from all projects.
- Create a pool of labor and technicians.
- Maintaining an updated and accurate list of the jobs and vacancies within the company to identify staffing needs.
- Advertising all vacancies, Selecting the received applications, and identifying the best applicants
- Attend Job fairs
- Coordinate with Personnel Affairs supervisor to proceed with closing the worker file at labor office & social insurance
- Support in the Blue Collars Salaries and conduct Exit Interviews.
Job Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in the recruitment field specializing in mass hiring (Blue collars)
- Experienced in any relevant field (Engineering field)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- strong sourcing skills
- Ability to work outside the office (site visits)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel.
