Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and pain points, and articulate how our solutions can address them effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements
. • Collaborate closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
