Job Description
We are looking for a project coordinator to manage some of our impactful eLearning projects
- Planning projects, milestones
- Manage tasks between different teams
- Coordinator with clients
- Handling multiple projects side by side
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Managing and coordinating the day-to-day implementation activities assigned to the operation team.
- Coordinate operation team, customer, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
Job Requirements
- Experience in coordinating Media/eLearning projects
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail and linking complex situations together.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Flexible enough to handle team members and work under pressure
