Job Description

  • Manage all the activities of the HR Department as follows:
    • Personnel Activities
    • OD ( Work Through system to Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly) ( Improve Talents) (Assist In  preparation of job analysis for each position)
    • Payroll Tasks
    • Recruitment ( Sources, researches, interviews, and refer candidates for the available vacancies)
    • Compromise between good environment requirements and business needs
    • Work alongside with the other managerial positions within the organization in order to achieve the ultimate outcomes of the business objectives and strategies
    • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
    • Cooperate with all departments to create performance reports to all employees

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree ( Business preferable )  
  • HR Diploma Is a Must , MBA is a plus
  • 7-10 years of experience (at least the last 5 years in the Furniture Retail Field) in different HR areas including Recruitment, Personnel, OD, and Payroll.
  • Fully aware of labor law and social insurance regulations
  • Advanced MS Excel is a must
  • Good English ( Spoken & Written) is a must
  • Leadership skills & Positive Attitude
  • Network within the Furniture Sales field
  • Excellent Time Management and Planning skills
