Job Description
- Manage all the activities of the HR Department as follows:
- Personnel Activities
- OD ( Work Through system to Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly) ( Improve Talents) (Assist In preparation of job analysis for each position)
- Payroll Tasks
- Recruitment ( Sources, researches, interviews, and refer candidates for the available vacancies)
- Compromise between good environment requirements and business needs
- Work alongside with the other managerial positions within the organization in order to achieve the ultimate outcomes of the business objectives and strategies
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
- Cooperate with all departments to create performance reports to all employees
Job Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree ( Business preferable )
- HR Diploma Is a Must , MBA is a plus
- 7-10 years of experience (at least the last 5 years in the Furniture Retail Field) in different HR areas including Recruitment, Personnel, OD, and Payroll.
- Fully aware of labor law and social insurance regulations
- Advanced MS Excel is a must
- Good English ( Spoken & Written) is a must
- Leadership skills & Positive Attitude
- Network within the Furniture Sales field
- Excellent Time Management and Planning skills
