Job Description
- Purchasing and maintaining vehicles for deliveries.
- Deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles.
- Training the drivers on driving and using the vans.
- Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
- Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
- Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Complying with the Egyptian Department of Transport laws and regulations.
- Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
- Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
- Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
- To Develop, implement and review the department operational control procedures.
- Handle and finalize any task requested by the direct manager.

Job Holder’s Profile:
- Education:
- Bachelor degree in Commerce.
- MBA is a plus
- Ideal Experience/ Exposure:
- From 3 to 5 years' experience in Electrical company or FMCG
Foreign langue’s:
- Fluent in spoken and written Arabic languages.
- Computer proficiency:
- MS office applications is a must.
- Knowledge of SAP System is a plus.
- Training/ Professional certificates:
- APICS CPIM is a plus
- APICS CIPS is a plus
- APICS CSCP is a plus
- Six Sigma is a plus
